For many many years I have tried to find out exactly what colour it was and no-one has ever been able to say what it is! It was a dark blue/greeny colour and I know it was factory as he bought it when only 2 yrs old IIRC. It had a tan carla check fishnet interior and he fitted the 8x13 gold alleycats in the photo. The reg number from new was FMF257V and I believe it went to the great scrapyard in the sky after being reshelled in the 90's Anyway, anyone know for sure the colour? I have never seen any other ford in the same hue? Here is the only pic I have..
SmokeEm Posted May 7, 2013 Author Report Posted May 7, 2013 Don't know Andy? Is that rare? How come I have never seen another Ford in that colour, let alone a 3.0s? Would need to see a decent photo of something in Corsica Blue to confirm. Its a solid colour, nor metallic at all IIRC.

dockertrigger Posted May 12, 2013 Report Posted May 12, 2013 I have a Jan 1980 colour chart here, It looks like Corsican Blue. and this is listed as Corsican blue in the brochure.
