So after wanting another car to keep my escort company, I went and looked at and brought this lovely E on Friday night. Drove her back home about 50 miles that night, got to say, absolutely loved driving it, and didn't skip a beat. Also so comfortable. First impression, the indicators on an E are the coolest thing ever at night, as that red light flashing on the dash seems to light up the whole of the inside of the car! Ha ha ha. Made me smile. I'll get some more pics up asap, but here is one of it on the drive as I arrived home with it :)

The interior on the car is absolutely immaculate as well.

Thanks guys, I'm really happy with it :) as soon as the weather is better I'll get some more pictures taken and post them on here.

My plans are nothing too drastic just because its such a nice clean car. Deffo no engine change or anything. Considering getting rid of the wing mirrors and putting a peep on instead. (Not sure yet) doing a few bits to the interior (including get the steering wheel / column etc powder coated or something similar) and then poss getting get some "trailer" steel wheels that I've seen that are the right PCD banded out to whatever I can get away with, and then having the centres sprayed. Don't know if that would work ok or not, I'll be back on here for more advice with that soon :)

That looks really nice, their is a chap who is mainly on www.ford100e.org that Dazza knows with a standard 100E running a side valve dropped by a few inches on banded steels and it looks awsome also look out for some aquaplane period tunning parts for the side valve propper oldskool power mods :Bravo:
