Which one to keep?

I'm in a position where I have to sell one of my mk2 escorts but cannot decide what one to keep. I got - a flat front yellow Mexico, south London look, stripped out, caged, bucket seats, 2.1 pinto, twin 48s etc and a white droop snoot rs2000, completely standard, black vinyl roof and black interior. Which one would you keep?

Depends how tidy the droop snoot is. If its pretty mint, keep it because you'll never be able to afford another.

 

The Mex you could copy in years to come as and when funds allow.

 

Either that or put a basic pinto into the mex and flog it. Put the lairy lump in the RS but keep the original?

If you need to sell one for financial reasons, which would sell for more? Would they both fetch the amount you need? Tough choice but I'd be tempted to keep the RS and sell the mex.

I would sell the Mexico, sounds like it is "done". Keeping the standard car gives you more options in the future.

From an investment point of view keep the RS or for drivng pleasure keep the Mexico just have to decide what is more important to you

Sell the Mexico as said above its pretty much done to a high spec!
