leather recaros into mk1 escort

hello everyone,

just wondering if anyone had put leather recaro seats from a sierra in their osf?

 

if so what seat frames/brackets did you use?

i take it you have to use the sierra ones & drill holes in the floor to fit, or something along those lines.....

 

any help appreciated,

i was a bit worried about what they would look like in an old escort but they actually look really good

Dalmarshall had leathers in his Gt. think he may have bought the car with them in but he may know how they were mounted. They looked the nuts.

Once upon a time I had Sierra Cosworth Leathers in my old MK2 Harrier, I used the original MK2 runners and made a framework to marry the two together

 

Looked okay ish, but they are a lot wider than normal escort seats

yeah i thought they might be wider,

they'll be a lot more comfy than the old knackered original ones though haha,
