mansfieldclassicford Posted July 12, 2013 Report Share Posted July 12, 2013 Hi, I'm on my way to midland wheels, I've got a mint mk2 escort 1600 sport, I want to know wot size wheels I can run without rolling the arches. I'm thinking 13x6 mini lights will be ok. Id like 13x7 but don't want to roll me arches. It's running standard suspension but I will be lowering it. And wot tyre sizes. I'm 7 miles away and confused! mk2 mike Posted July 12, 2013 Report Share Posted July 12, 2013 It's hard to say mate. 13x6 will deffo go on with no probs. I've got midland 13x7 revolites wit a -7et offset and they very slightly rub on one side when the car is 2 up. Some people have to roll the arches, some don't. Joe Ashton had 13x7s on his more door that was dropped 3 inches and had no rubbing issues. I know it doesn't help but you'll really have to suck it an see! It seems every car is different.
