sutton4ord Posted July 27, 2013 Report Posted July 27, 2013 Is this standard box thought theres just a fork ?
iandq Posted July 28, 2013 Report Posted July 28, 2013 the owners club do the spring and rivets but the carrier is a rare part now. it may be easier to modify an escort or pinto fork then use a later type carrier. good luck, ian.

Col-ashtonmobile Posted July 28, 2013 Report Posted July 28, 2013 What box you running ? , sure we,ve got and old Cortina box with the bellhousing , fork , bearing etc you can have if we can find it whilst we move workshops...
Tom E Cropp Posted July 29, 2013 Author Report Posted July 29, 2013 I'm using a 2000e gearbox so surely I can just use cortina parts? The only problem might be I's that I'm using a Mexico slave cylinder which is a lot smaller diameter than the cortina one??
aardvark101 Posted August 1, 2013 Report Posted August 1, 2013 Try BGH, they love a 2000e box http://www.bghgeartech.co.uk/index.html
