Patrick Mullan Posted February 25, 2014 Report Posted February 25, 2014 Held in Mayo, Ireland once a year this run was organised by Declan Munnelly and friends from the Irish Escort Owners Club. I was half an hour late for the off and luckily Declan and co held everything up until i got into position. We drove from Ballina out to Blacksod on the coast. After a brief stop we went for dinner and with a quick blast around Keadue Fields ( Excuse if i have spelt this wrong ) we finished back at Declans workshop for Tea and Scons with an eye open on what he was working on recently. The weather held out and everyone was very happy considering it was getting dark before we drove home. Thats all i have for now but if you all want to see more here is a link to some photographs i took on the day. http://www.flickr.com/photos/oakfield_photography/sets/72157641486396264/ Cheers Patrick Mullan. 1

theloudboy Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 I love the mk1 transit and the silver and red mk1 fez that looked a lot of fun thanks for posting 1
irishtorag Posted March 5, 2014 Report Posted March 5, 2014 the lad ( oldskooler on iec) that fitted a di engine to the red mk1 transit and banded steels is building a mk1 transit cab onto a mk4 transit floor pan at minute so it looks like a mk1 chassis cab but it has the go and handling of mk4 transit. He is a genius with some of mods he does . Another one is a mk2 van with an isusu turbo diesel engine mated to t9 box 1
