Hi there

 

I paid my contribution some time last year and have no idea when it is up, although I have a feeling it should be anytime now. Does the subscription auto-renew (which I am happy with) or do I need to do something?

If you bought it through the shop on this new forum, it doesn't auto renew but does email you a reminder about a week before it expires, part of the reminder is an invoice you can pay if you want to stay a member or ignore if you don't.

 

But, having checked all the accounts and shop data, I can't find any payments from you other than the Paypal payment you made on April 22nd last year for your Key ring, polo shirt and tax disc holder. And I'm a bit confused by that as you paid contributor rates for all of them so you must have been a contributor before April 22nd 2013 and you only joined the forum on March 1st 2013. Did you pay someone in cash for your contributor status or do you have another paypal email ID you may have used for it (if so send to me by PM please)?

 

It looks to me as if you may have joined right on the day we switched over from the old forum to the new one (last year) as some of the records were lost in the switch over. i.e. we backed up the old forum and uploaded the data to the new forum but people were still doing things on the old forum after the back up was made and before the new one went live..............does that make sense?

 

Can you check your paypal account for payments to admin@oldskoolford.co.uk between 1st March 2013 and 21st May 2013?
