Vista .. help please ... shop/tickets

Hiya ... we have a new member who is a FB member who's logged on as dangerdan and he's having trouble buying FF ticket. He says: I click on it to buy a ticket it says add to basket. Than I go to to the basket to pay for it and its says ther is nothing in ther :/ . Any ideas Scott??

Not sure on this one. The process should be

 

Start at this link and "click add to cart"

You will then see a drop down box for how many stand passes you need (stand passes are for the car to be allowed on the stand and are free with your tickets) Assuming 1 ticket and 1 stand pass, select one stand pass from the drop down menu and click add to cart.

 

You should then have the option to checkout over on the far right, click that and enter your shipping address

 

Click continue at the bottom

 

Click "confirm my order" over at the far right and go through to payment on Paypal

Ah yes, I have heard of others having issues like this with phones. Sorry there's nothing I can do about that, try on your laptop tomorrow.

Yes that could deffo be the reason .. I have problems on my mobile with some actions

Yeah I have the same trouble when using crapatalk on my iphone to buy items in the shop. It's not you mate its your phone!

I got mine by using my phone I just use the browser and go on the full site should work that way
