OSF in Classic Car Weekly

Back in December, we were approached by a representative of Classic Car Weekly (a weekly paper publication) who wanted to come along to one of our meets.

 

I have just received an e-mail to say that he came along to the December Ace Cafe Meet and that the report is in there and the publication is on sale NOW .... I haven't had chance to get a copy yet but will be picking one up at lunchtime

There is a report on page 47. It refers to us as the pre-plastic Fords. One big main pic & six small pics of owners with there cars.

It's worth a read, good publicity for OSF.

Well, just rushed round the countryside during my lunchbreak to find a copy and at the third shop I went to they had one left so I grabbed it quick

 

Page 47 we have all to ourselves with a nice little write up and some nice pics .... stars of the report are ..... Big Baz (Mk1 Esc) , Tiddler (100E), Dave Gardner (Mk1 Cortina), Kevin Pine (Mk1 Capri), Steve Miles (Anglia) and Russ Alexander (Mk2 Cortina - the lovely blue/green one with the flames on the bonnet). Apologies to those whose usernames I don't know
