A story surfaced that his son (I think) told the press that his injuries were as bad as they are because he had a GoPro attached to his helmet.

 

Apparently the company's share value has taken a hit as a result.

Really..?! So wanging down a slope at warp factor 9 had nothing to do with it then???

 

The fact that he chose to mount it on his helmet was his choice... I've got the Go pro hero but I wear it with a chest harness...

 

But back to the question, I've also got a Drift. Both are good, but obviously the Go pro has more gadgets and with thier app, you can transfer footage straight onto your smart phone, tablet etc as its got its own built in wifi.

 

Go pro wins it for me.
