Agreed , was a well organised a great day out. Sadly we had to shoot off after the first run up to the Evo Triangle

As the kids were not happy ... Can't really fault them, seeing as they had an hour and a half to Telford from Derbyshire.

Then almost same again to Rhug estate, Then about an hour round the sheep !!! Lol

Then it was just under 3 hours back via Nantwich and Stoke ..so felt it was best to make a smart and head off.

About 7 hours in total. 2 tanks of fuel ...still knackered now !!

Well done Ross, Aled and crew very well organised :)

Thanks to Ross and the other organisers, a great day second stage was fantastic, everyone who turned up made the event what it was, this was my first time on this run ,everyone was friendly and willing to talk about there cars, not like when I went down to the avo day with another furom whare if you did not spend 20 grand on an mk2 custom they did not want to know you, so for me the people make this event the cars are all good. Car of the day the yellow rs custom , the unmolested Anglia and got to be the mk 2 cortina red and gold, following this into every bend with no brake light was a task when I could keep up with it, thought I was doing good on the way home on the m54 with a 4 speed box, then it flew past me ,hope your home safe baz and his daughter ( I think),

Yeah I also agree second stage was great.  I was gripping the steering wheel, rocking back and forth in my seat shouting 'come on, come on, come on' on the steep winding hills screaming away in 2nd gear though.  Mk2Ben did you get your fan working in the end?

My boy got all excited everytime he could see the red anglia in the distance :)
