John escort mk1V6 Posted January 3, 2016 Report Posted January 3, 2016 This wheel i did finished this wheel last week , no damage i have sand it down and did polish the front , after that i did spray it in the filler a bit of sanding and after that i did spray it in the paint and again some polishing. But there also little spots in the wheel , i have done also a RS6X13 ATS and that one has no spots , this one the picture is a Ronal. The cosworth 24V wheels i have done for mine granada mk2 , one wheel took also more time than the other tree wheels. I think when you got bad wheel with corrosion or damage it`s best to cut did in a manchine toolshop and than polish it. And when you got wheels with no damage than you can do this like i have done...........or when there are paint on them than remove that first or let it done. I did it in mine own made tool with a drill with a polish disk and polish and after that with Belgom. And all this effort for a wheel i don`t want see under mine car , becourse it`s the spare. 1
