Patio cleaning

Right chaps, spent all day power washing the patio and can't get rid of the so called white / black/ green spot off the pavers. Tried demstos as recommended on some of the sites on the net, well three bottles later, not a foooking scrap of difference. Has anyone tried one of the so called removers that does what it says on the tin.

Traffic film remover any good parts suppliers should sell it, can buy it in a pack to dilute ,so can use it stronger spread it around and let it soak for a bit, then brush it ,then pressure wash down, can burn a bit so be careful,
