Problem logging in

Hi my fend is trying to sign up he has got as far as your confirmation email and now he Cant login it's just

Saying rong password or email adress can you help him please

I've looked at his account and it is both active and verified. If he's sure he's getting the password he selected right, has he got caps lock on by mistake? If not then try using the "forgot password" link from the login page.
