The 7th Midlands to Wales, Sunday 21st May 2017

This run is for Old skool fords only!!!

As always the run will start at Telford services (TF11 8TG) junction 4 of

the m54 leaving at 10am so you need to aim to be

there before 9:30. We will then drive to the

RHUG ESTATE in Corwen on the A5 (LL21 0EH) to meet up with

the people from North Wales Classic Fords club arriving around

11:45. On route we will head onto a couple of B Roads for 7 miles or so to break the motorways and A roads for those travelling

from further away.

After arriving we will stay for a short briefing. From here Aled will be taking us on an arranged route through some of the fantastic roads of North Wales stopping off to take in some of the great places.

Leo and I were newbies last year, along with 4 or 5 other newbies we made it to the first junction after the motorway and got split up and lost! We found our way to the Wales meeting point just as the others were starting to pull out on the next stage. Even with the complete lack of an idea where we were going it was great to get out and use the cars instead of looking at pretty museum pieces. Going again this year, it's a great day out, put your name down you won't regret it.
