Classic 6 hour endurance at Spa September.

Awesome weekend, cheap as chips and your ticket gains entry to anywhere in the circuit all weekend..

Classic cars park for free..

Problem is when I looked into it, the major breakdown companies wouldn't cover the car if it was a certain age and modified....

 

This meant I'd need pretty much spare everything.

 

I had planned to drive 3000 miles across Europe in my last car. Some of you might have seen the thread on a different forum.

 

We had 2 cars fail to return home on Tour of the Moor. You'd be brave to venture to far into Europe without back up.

Always interested in a trip abroad..

We are taking the Capri to Spa this year.

And took the Cortina to Holland a couple of years ago..

Our breakdown cover is with Britannia and the offer European cover with no problems.

Haggerty do inclusive european breakdown cover with their classic policies. 

 

We're doing Italy & Austria in September.  :)

Good old AA I have a motorhome which is 8 meters long ,I have a motorhome break down cover with the AA on my insurance policy,

But according to the AA patrol men they don't have a lorry long enough to put it on,so hopefully I won't need them.

My insurance company say they have and gave it me in writing,but patrol man who I have worked round his house assures me they have not

 

 

 

Go figure !!!!!

I have relatives in Hungary, they make sick moonshine on the farm, not a word of English tho, probs wouldn't like to breakdown out there :dope:
