2.0 Pinto set up/rolling road

Morning Guys. 

Have got a friend with a 100E with a 2.0 pinto on twin 45s. I’m a mechanic by trade but OSF’s aren’t exactly my speciality. We’ve managed to get the car running, idling but im unable to set it up properly. Is there anyone on the Croydon/caterham are that would be able to help?! 

Also are there any recommendation for a rolling road to get it set up 100%.
