just thought i'd put some pics up on the site. The pickup has now been sold and been replaced with the cortina (must be getting old i need a heater and a bit of comfort these days!) The pop on the trailer is sat in the garage, waiting for the money to start buying bits! It was taken off the road in 1976 and stripped and it sat in a garage till i bought it (didn't please the girl frend at the time the money came out the wedding fund!) Hope you enjoy the pictures.

RUS whats the colour of the anglia , as i think it might be the right match to my camper . I originaly thought it was the nordic blue of the mk1 fiesta but now not sure.

As it was a comercial vehicle I think it might have been the same colour as the police panda cars (anglis, escorts and cotinas)?????????????????

I would love to match the paint so any help would e great

cheers

just to let you know the pickup is an A. Model B's are more rounded on the back of the cab and the grill shell is different. It was a difficult decision but it was probably the most uncomfortabe car in the world. It had been lowered that much on the front it was sat on the bumpstops!!! and the front cross member was so near to the ground it would catch on cats eyes!

Driving it was scary too it was lik a go kart to drive you could get it round an island at cazy speeds but other people would be looking so much that it nearly cauesed a few accidents, one guy rolled into it when he got out of his car to take a picture and forgot to put his hand brake on!!!!

Loving the truck, my mate has a model Y tudor (was featured in Street Machine - Jon Sutherland's Westbourne Fenderworks was olympic blue with wet flames till it went hrugh a telegraph pole & rolled - the front disintegrated and roof severed off on most pillars) rebuilt it and was out sprayed red few months later, saw hims a few weeks ago and its now dark met green.

Dad's always wanted an F1/F100 tho :D
