Morning all

 

In the last coup,e of months I have seen 3 X Pack Capris go through different auctions, none sold as they didn’t reach their reserve; I was actually the highest bidder on one of them.

 

I don’t suppose anybody on here was one of the sellers? If you do happen to be on here I would love to hear from you as I am still very interested in buying one.

Do you know what the reserve was? What amount did they top out at?

The highest bid (mine) was £19k, the reserve was £27k. I couldn’t bid more as nobody else was bidding.

I spoke with the auction house but the vendor had already removed the car and the auction house advised that the bid was so far from what he wanted it wasn’t worth putting anything forward unless I was prepared to go up to his reserve.

In my view the reserve was too high.
