13"wheel on a 175,60r13?!!!??

speedo may be slightly out as i cant remember what size tyre they have as standard!

Its all about working out the circumference of the tyre so its the same as what was fitted as standard as to not affect the speedo, a wheel and tyre supplier should be able to reccommend this too you, get in touch with Midland wheels or similar

As for offset just tell the supplier what they are going on!

175 60 's are a good size !! I have them on the 1300 Sport.

I didn't want the 175 50 as it leaves a large arch gap unless its lowered lots and I didn't want it too low, plus it would rev its nuts off !!

And the 175 60 is a lower profile than the stanard 185 60 so look a bit better :D

Another thing is,what kind of car will it be?What colour? How often will it be used? These will all be influenced majorly by wheel choice :?

why would it?

If you have a car thats completely original, but it's on a set of 20" chromes, thats not right,if you go for too big wheels, you will lose ride comfort and handling will be affected.
