do the subframes unbolt from the bottom of the seats or are they part of the seat frame ?

just in the middle of mocking the escort up can any 1 tell me if standard mk2 seats have removeable subframes, runners ?

go with the pinto mate ive put a zetec in my anglia alright its only standard with a downdraught about 120 horse but my rs2000 feels to av loads more touque and its standard wot you'd spend puttin a zetec in could buy you a decent bhp pinto

agree with retromotorsport its all about the stories about the cars 1 old boy told me that he changed the wheels on his armstrong siddley and used it as a plough not really sure wot he was on about or wot an armstrong siddley is but it made me smile another old boy had his fordson major there. now i'm not into old tractors but i could tell by talking to him that he was as passionate about that as i am about the anglia its all about getting your car out and meeting people

antz youve got it spot on took the anglia to a local show recently all the mg and triumph boys was moaning cos it hasn't got the original engine and modified cars shouldn't be aloud could of been cos more people was looking at the the zetec anglia than some asmatic mg
