Hi, I've got four revolution wheels et 06, sf11 13x7j. They're in really nice condition, but not brand new. With some VERY minor marks. Theyre shod with virtually unused brand new Yokohama 185/60 R13 80H. They're stored in my de humidified garage and are mint. The tyres were fitted for the nec classic car show, they have literally done 5 miles! So as new, not even scrubbed in yet. Im a techno retard, so if you'd like pictures pm me and I'll get one of my teenagers to send you as many pictures as you like. All that says to me is don't apply to be mot free if you've modified your car. Nothing about substantially altered vehicle rules. It still could mean trouble for modified cars. Not relevant to the main issue of q plates.

That's different to type approval. They have new reg,s because everything is new. The firm that did my car are doing a mark 1 escort and a Stratos replica as a new reg.
