A Cortina mk2 i have just purchased has a 2.0ltr pinto EFI with big valve head and i have a HPE 2.1 pinto running twin 45s. Question is which do i keep/install? hpe are busy at the moment and can not fit thier engine before classic ford show so i have been asking a few garages where i live if they can install the hpe engine for me, and they say that taking out the EFI and swapping it for a carbed engine would be taking a step backwards. can anyone here shed some light on the differences or gains between the two engines please. pros and cons thanks Barry

Hi I will be on my way up to Chesterfield in the next couple of days to drop off my axle and diff to arrow engineering . if you still have the half shafts and they have 16 splines and from an English axle then I can drop in on the way up £60.00 and if the specs are right then I'm ya man! Need the old inners taking out of the casing and the quaife fitting in with my crown wheel and pinion Can anyone recommend anyone please ???????
