might try and make it as I do like a bacon butty -
Thats the thing they don't they are out nicking all our stuff. All you can do is make it as hard as poss to get in, think how would you get into your lock up if you lost your keys then add more. I know of someone who even made a steel cage inside their garage and parked the car inside that

Go to Google Maps and you will see a map of the UK and to the side is a little orange man, left click on him and drag him over to the UK map to the area you want then its a case of finding your area or in the search box type the town, street or postcode. No web program or download.

Just checked Google Street view and it shows my car and the garage I keep it in , I have asked for the image to be removed as I do not wish the cars location to be known. I was working on the car when the image was taking. Might be worth checking this and where you keep your cars. To have an image removed or altered you click on the "report a concern" wording in the bottom left of the image and follow the instructions. Also be careful when buying off ebay as if its a crim selling items to find the location of our cars they will get your postcode so they can send you the parts and just type that into street view and check out the area. Try and get ebay parts sent to another address, IE work address or a very good friends house.

I have all the bits to fit it to my escort (Trigger wheel, EDIS4, Coil pack, VR sensor & all the wiring and the Megajolt ECU) I just need to make the wiring to connect to the ECU, I have downloaded some maps onto my laptop but have recently been told some horror stories about get the car running with the megajolt system. So still in two minds to fit the megajolt and stay with the dissy. Is it worth all the hard work to fit? How reliable is it? I have read alot on kitcar sites and on Autolabs site but does anybody have any advise on fitting & wiring it all in. I'm going to use TPS on twin 45's as I'm going to sell my R1 bikecarbs; any help or advise is welcome

This was posted on the RSOC website Stolen overnight (Weds. 5th and Thurs. 6th) off drive of house. Taken from North Manchester area without keys so suspect trailered, as had security devices fitted. It's a white Mk1 1300 Sport 2dr with black vinyl roof. Fitted with 4 front foglights and has rusty front quarter bumpers. Any info relating to this would be very much appreciated and if you would keep your eye out for it that would be great. Many thanks!!! Pics below:

trouble is the fookers on ebay sell ID's so they swap them over and sell the car or strip them for spares and the prices are top pound at the moment. So if you ever see ID's , log books etc etc for sale on ebay report it

cheers for all the kind words, good news is I still have my car and I my heart goes out to those who have an empty garage at the mo. Car is now moved just in case they return. Looks like more damage than first thought, drivers door is very bent, door lock is fooked and they pulled what ever wires they could reach under the dash so it won't even start now. As said on another site, be careful of parts you buy off of ebay as they then have your address and what type of OSF you have, might be worth sending the parts to your work address if possible or a family member same for selling items on ebay

got up this morning and went to my garage and the fookers have broken into it and tried to take the RS. front opening 1/4 window smashed, drivers door be bent open and the nose cone been screwdrivered to try and open it. They didn't even get in the car. The car was the target as they have left all my spares and only my garage was done over. if the fookers had looked before smashing the window they would of seen no steering wheel. I now have try and find glass for the drivers opening 1/4 window, has anybody got any ideas where I might get this from? and try and bend the door back. the fookers even nicked my garage alarm. This happened in West London so to all be careful out there. Only good news is I still have the car
