I'll be taking the A303 down as my 4-speed doesn't take kindly to motorways and I can't stand the motorways anyway haha. If you get stuck on a motorway there is nowhere to go! At least on the roads you can find another way around. I'm not expecting easy going as it's Glasto weekend. More than happy to attempt to join a mini convoy if one is heading that way - there's safety in numbers, especially in a classic!

A direct comparison to the Lakes Tour is difficult to make because they are in their fourth year this year I think? Fair enough, even in the fourth year of the Moor Tour there probably won't be 200 cars but I bet we would get over 75 easy - because these things grow. At the moment there aren't even any pics to entice others in with because the inaugural event has yet to take place!

Oh dear, that's not good news. There is still time to gather more people. Is there anything else that can be done? I don't mind donating some NOS bits to a raffle for the Sunday, with proceeds going towards the event costs. I also don't mind chipping in an extra £20 - so far I have only paid for the non-camping package. I feel a bit guilty because we are planning to stay elsewhere, we don't much love camping haha. What scale of loss are we talking?

My pack arrived today I am really looking forward to it - this should be the biggest event of the year for me give or take. I guess I will try to set off on Friday morning because I am not one for traffic and I prefer not to use motorways especially with a 4-speed.

I am very interested - this sounds great. Would much prefer a holiday park with the option to glamp if possible. Also, please don't let it clash with Cortina Day (first weekend of June)
