Get your point and it makes total sense. For it would be something that’s basically running and not much work to do.Reading the description on this it’s quite vague and doesn’t really say much about the condition underneath and in all fairness I wouldn’t where to start. It’s still on eBay so just goes to show his asking way too much or it’s not as good as the description

I would love to have something like this. Unfortunately I’ve never had a classic and something that could be used and worked on at the same time would be ideal. Buying from an auction would scare the hell out of me. would something like this actually be solid from the bottom or would you be opening a can of worms? I suppose at the price it sold for it must be. I’ve joined to see if I can get a bit more knowledge before I make a decision

What sort of price would be for a good 1300E in useable condition? The “barn find” one seems original but I think his asking way too much.
