It's only illegal to undertake if you change lanes and accellerate to pass a car in the lane outside you. if you are travelling on the inside lane at up to 70 mph and there happens to be a slower car in the centre lane it is not down to you to pull across two lanes to overtake, they are in the wrong (as I see it anyway) And I hate it when people call the outside lane the 'fast' lane!! It's a motorway all lanes are 70 mph

I am wiring my xe into my x-flow loom and now need help on which wires to use for the startor solenoid. I have two wires from the x-flow, black with spade connector, and black and yellow with a push on rubber connector( like on the dizzy cap) and on the xe solenoid there are two spade connectors and a bolt connector. I have wired the black wire with spade connector to the xe solenoid(bolt connector) and it turns over, but where, if anywhere does the other connection go to, as I'm sure it must go somewhere Anyone know ?? I was toying with the idea of cossie conversion and then added up costs XE half the price, not quite the same I know, but plenty of power for a MK1 (especially in the wet ) and cheaper when it goes bang

Don't change the colour, it's the dogs danglies And I think the wheels look good, although you can't beat 7x13 minilites

Thanks for the comments. Thinking of putting polished 7x13 mini/superlites with black spokes. what do you all reckon ? I know everybody has them , but they do look good on a mk1
