First car was a mk1 astra four door, white with black vinyl roof and orange velour interior, 1300 auto!! slam it in neutral rev the nuts off it then plonk it into drive, wheel span like a beaut! till i blew the box up!

hmm, i had a mk2 also, drove the mk1 matchbox and to be honest thought it was a lot of fun, it is in a way a bit of a classic, how bad is the damage, if it can be repaired, get it on the road cheap and smoke it till you got some dough saved up for something else, jus dont throw too much money at it.

Im 25 and have been waitin for another milestone to reach! when your 17 you wanna be 18 to get served, 20 and you wanna be 21 to get in on a Sat night, 24 and you wanna be 25 to get in oldies clubs for a bit of grab a granny, now im 25 i cant wait to be 26 and come to over 26yr old meets lol

I'm right in the middle of doing a xe conversion on my mk2 escort, really strugglin with fittin the feckin thing in there! anyone got any suggestions on how i raise it off the crossmember without cuttin more of my xtra large tunnel for the back of the gearbox to raise up too!! i know, i know it makes no sense, i've spent a month starin at this car and still cant figure it out! i feel like a failure...............thats it i'm ending it all,,,, gonna have a beer!!
