It's on the road that runs at the top of the hill overlooking Portsmouth/M27 ..... you can get there by going up past the QA Hospital and turning right at the roundabout at the top of the hill .... or ..... up past the Bowlplex in Havant ..... not sure how yoiu would get onto that road from Southampton but the road runs right along the top of the hill. The car park / viewpoint we are meeting at is almost opposite The Churchillian Pub on the top.
