    I gave up three years ago having thought I'd have died (literally!) a smoker. Never felt better - spent all the money I would have wasted on tobacco on a snazzy titanium bike that I ride around 2000 miles a year on. I know I will never go back to smoking and after a very short time, didn't even miss it. Good luck!
