  1. Thanks for all responses guys..... It's spread over all the forums that matter, so moving this motor is going to be a challenge. Myself, Des, Jon Larks, Graham and Andrew on 100e.com have good connections with all things 100e. I'd also like to say that if you are the person responsible and you happen to be reading this planning your next move...... Just take a little peek at the membership Numbers on this site. How does an annoynimous trade off sound?
  2. Thanks Neil, appreciate that
  3. Sorry Darren / Admin.... I know there is a room for this, but really want this seen. I had a call this morning from my mate Des that his 100e had been stolen from the Selsdon/Croydon area. I am sick to my stomach, so I cant begin to think how Des feels. He has put so much time and money in it to a standard that will blow you away. Ambassador Blue Ford Pop - YLA 152 Lowered, Wide steels, Sidevalve - Id be grateful for any information. Darron 07818 0333765
  4. Hi col, Adam with the Olympic blue, mk1 black stripes said he is game. PM'd details
  5. Chill out man, it's a good concept. I wouldn't even knock the odd Starlet, Avenger or Viva in the mag, long as it was Rwd and Powered by Ford. I know, I know....... go buy retro cars. Anyway, enjoyed the LSD feature..... even if I've read 13 times and still don't get it???
  6. Ive used JamesP for mine, but he refuses to cut Lotus steels, fair play really. I got some Mk1 / 2 cortina 4.5's to band.
  7. ...... said a spokesman in the technical department Ok that's a no no then.
  8. I'm sure the clues in the title, but what exactly do they do? Why do half the posts say 'get it bought' and the other, 'bargepole, someone else's" ....... etc etc. Bit confused.
  9. Excellent. Many thanks.
  10. Great issue, really enjoyed it. Couldnt help but think about dropping that 105e from the buyers guide on steels and slotting in a lairy crosser! Same goes for the Tina wagon. Sorry, I'll leave it there. Well done
  11. Si, A few unflattering pics of us at the Ace, but ive lost my copy. I think Mr Hill covered it, any idea which issue? I need to order another copy. Many thanks.

  18. ............ does anyone know what colour ford engine blocks came in over the years? I've heard some of the 50-60s were green, some of the replacement lumps from ford main dealers were gold, ( to denote goldseal exchange?) I'll be impressed if anyone knows, or if indeed there is any truth in the above?? V
  19. Cheers Tom, First diagnostic showed shift solenoid, so I changed those, wasnt cheap. Still playing up so back in it goes, hopefully this other guy im using can throw some light on it. But it does sound ECU of which im not sure what the layout is, combined or seperate? If its in Limp Mode and the problem, ie the coil, was replaced, do you then have to have it reset out of Limp before everything starts to work again?
  20. Started missing, engine light came on, followed by the gearbox light a spilt second later. Only selecting 2 and 3. Changed coil pack, sorted missfire, but still no first. Shift solenoids all ok, someone has suggested power surge thrown to box ECU which cooked it???
  21. Need some advice, few issues with the missus focus. Cheers
