Not sure about Escorts but in the case of my Fairlane.The cars were built up in Australia with running gear and engines built in the US. Then sent to South Africa in kit form and assembled there.Best place to find out mate is here www.africanmusclecars.com/forum/ Not just muscle,there are a few guys with Escorts,Capris,etc.I'm sure they could tell you all you need to know and would be interested to here about your car Sean.

I think Shaun's right.Make it as central as poss.so depends where folks are coming from. Can always organise run's out from there. Looking at a map the A11 corridor between Thetford and Norwich sort of sits in the middle?

Hi Dagger. Might be worth trying this again.There have been a couple of attempts in the past but not much interest Worth looking at www.buryretroford.co.uk as well.Monthly meet there is great and always gets a good turn out and has been featured in Retro and Classic Ford.Only draw back for me is it being on a weekday evening,can't always make it home from work in time Great club to be involved with though.Go to loads of events and do a lot for charity Anyway I would be up for a meet up maybe on a weekend.Anyone else?
