you can use the v6 type 9 5 speed but it wont last very long on a 24v. you can use any 2.8/2.9 v6 flywheel, if i remember rightly the flywheel on 2.8 xr4i is a bit lighter than the 2.9 one. the best place for info on the 24v is the fordpower forum

i sold a sierra to a bloke i work with middle of last year, he asked me not to send off the log book in his name as he only needed the car for a week and was going to sell it on again. one week later he sold the car but didnt send the log book off and the new owner hasnt sent it off, so its still in my name and now ive got the dvla threatening to take me to court for not paying the tax. do i pay the £80 fine and learn from my mistake or should i go round to the new owners house and tell him £80 or i take the car back, or should i just go round and take the car as iam the registered keeper and i still have the spare set of keys?
