Well, after a load of thinking I decided that I was going to change the capri from a viper striped, lowered in ya face monster to something a little more classy! Anyways have a look and see what you think And a couple of videos... (Give you an Idea of the sound it makes)!lol Well annoyed with this one, we were going stupidly fast in the car, just over 90mph and the video looks sooooo slow! Oh well... It's on a private road too The car actually left the ground at one point too! [/img]

Ah, could give that a go! I aint thought of that one! But if you turn the fan on etc when you put it into position 2 it all comes on as normal!!! You can hear the fuelpump fire up aswel, so it's deffo sending a signal to what ever it should

No not yet matey! Gonna go down to the car tomoz and spend an evening on it, like you said, remove all clocks etc! Just wondered if anyone else had come across the same symptoms! I was thinking the loom might have come out the back of the clocks, but the bulbs still come on! Just no dial movement, indicators etc... Gotta love OSFs!lol

Ive checked all the fuses and they are fine! I was thinking it could be a bad earth or something similar, but have no idea where it would be....

Went out to the Capri last night and turned the ignition on, I heard the fuel pump prime, CD player came on but no ignition light!!! Oh well, loose wire! Or so i though.... Set off and noticed that none of the dials were working (apart from oil preasure) and then noticed that the indicators aint working so thought to check the brake lights and they aint coming on either!!! Has anyone any ideas??? Cheers peeps

Well i have finally got the capper back on the road with a brand new engine, brakes, suspension, interior pretty much everything has been changed!!! Currently looking into making some bumpers up for it, thinking about mk2 Capri ones or something along the lines of 1/4 escort ones etc... So now gonna be appearing at meets etc, keep yer eyes out for me

Hi all, the only thing that is stopping me getting my car back on the road is the cuffin gearbox mount! I have just converted my Capri from a 4 speed to a 5 speed type-9 and gearbox mount it well off!!! Anyone any ideas as to what i need??? Thanks
