Gutted to say i am off down the Gulf for six months tomorrow! The only good thing about that is the Granny is out of tax and is SORN until next year, so i will not be missing any meets etc. lol Merry Christmas to all OSF'ers & a Happy old Ford to you all.

Tilly was saved from the track via ebay back in 2006. Im part to blame for the demise of a Granada or two years back, i saw the light and kept this mint example, i couldnt imagine her on the track. Regarding the Granada forums, i joined one or two before & left one. People dont really go on them as it was mentioned earlier in this thread. One forum i left due to arrogant b*****ds, that another story. Good thread to get going, i was pleasantly suprised when i logged on. Well Tilly (the car) is tucked up until May next year until i come back from the Gulf. A 24V Cosworth lump is pending fitment along with a few other treats. Lets see some more Grannys as I LOVE EM!

I have never been to such a poor excuse of a holiday camp! It was dirty, the accom was cold due to an ill fitting door. The food & beer was expensive along with the SPAR shop. The attractions were extra on top of the price, the entertainment by the THREE redcoats that we saw was pathetic. The scumbags that were there made me cringe, it was like watching Jeremy Kyle - all this for £600!!! (Rant over)

Too add to the list: When i parked up children were directing cars to their spaces. Im not saying kids shouldnt be used but they need to show more interest and pay attention to what they have to do. The two kids that directed me wasnt even looking at me, his arms were just effortlessly waving in the direction. Not a big complaint but attention to detail helps. I sympathise with the last post, it is a shame to hear that people ruin others experiences.

Good day today at the Pod, but last year was better. Good effort all round to all the cars that attended, still got to love the 9 second Z car!
