    an absolute joke , i had problems with getting a pay out when my car was stolen too . its no wonder folk dont want to insure cars , when things like this happen . i grudge everything i pay to them now and make sure i have everything written down with every detail . . a bit of a pain but worth it if its needed.

    thats the way i do it , open a new window with the same page open . then quote using the first page , copy and paste it into the second window then repeat using the first window again
