Never had a problem with them, infact they've been excellent with me. I've sent back the wrong parts (My fault, incorrect order) and exchanged it without question. They've even phoned me to check on an order, International number, to check that the quantities where correct. Always find the prices competitive as well. Always deal with Paul Sarj though, he's seems to know what he's on about. And considering you're dealing with people from Essex, makes the service even more impressive!!!
