Hopefully this works. I have just aquired my sons 1973 Modena Green Escort mk1 1100 2 dr. He restored it when he was 16 for his first car, then when he was doing his masters degree couldn't afford a car, and so it stood in the barn for 4yrs until he needed a deposit for his house.... A damned expensive Escort!! I intend to resurrect it, it came as standard with front discs and will have a 1300 Sport engine fitted. Things come full circle, I last had a Mk1 in 1976.
