Ah Bless! James you're like the old dog that we cannot bring ourselves to take into the back field, and dispatch. We'll let you stay, sleeping by the Aga dreaming of chasing rabbits and letting off the occasional room clearing fart!🤭
-
Yes James, just because it's you, we've been looking for a reason.😂🤣😂

So, a quick recap, therapy includes swearing and undoing/tightening bolts? Isn't that normal Classic Ford ownership, as for being imbecilic, that will get worse once you start searching Ebay for Ford parts 'That might come in handy' that you know never will, but look nice on the shelf. Then your recovery will be complete.

He nearly needed a midwife to help him out out there!😁

Great news James, @Rally Pack 2000 Life will be challenging and tiring for a while, but that's just living in the colonies🤭. Take it easy, listen to your body and the professionals, don't rush the early days. Practise your signature, I'll be sending Bogan Transport around to take the old scrappers off you hands, so you'll need to sign the Rego over to me. Cheers John.

Wow! and the Old Skool Ford 20/50 is green, so it will look right in my 5 gallon Duckhams dispenser. Happy Days! -
Good news, James, an auto box, necking knob on the steering wheel, incontinence knickers, sorted! (No need to thank me💕). If they think you're English, tell them you're from Yorkshire, They'll put you down as a moaner and give you a private room.😁 Or they just might just put you down...........😱

Cheeky pup! It was the shock of winning a trophy!🤭

Just seen this, I hope you soon get up and about James. @Rally Pack 2000

I sorry James, it was used for a dying Springer Spaniel, it's made a full recovery but insists on chasing old Fords and young women! (catches neither)😁 -

My two car policy came up for renewal next month, and it looked too high. after much ringing around and internet buggeration I remembered Abbeyfields being on this site. I rang and got put through to Stuart, I saved £100. It was easy, I didn't get asked totally irrelevant questions, or pages of form filling, or have to sell a vital organ. Just a phone call, 6 pics per car and pay the money, bosh, done. Happy Days! -

Do you do multi car classic insurance? -
James, a Swap Donkey is a transgender porn star from Germany.😱 A Swamp Donkey is a farm essential, slowly rotting away in the long grass, only to be revived by a 14yr old to do a beer run without using the Kings highway when everyone else is harvesting.😁

I like a Corrado, and if I needed a city car the Up would be on my list.

I served my time as a fitter building printing presses at MGD (Goss's) in Preston. At 20 I worked in the Heavy Erection Shop (big presses}, so I was a heavy erection fitter, handy job title if you were on the pull😂🤣

Hit my 7th decade this year, as long as I wake up with a pulse I consider it a bonus, and if I feel down I just start my old Xflow and even a 10 minute drive has me grinning like a happy monkey. Welcome to the Monkey house!😂

He looks embarrassed to be claimed to be the real Scoobie-Doo

I'd love an early Scoobie, bog standard in red please.😂 (or a Gravel Express, just to be different)

K&N Air Filter for Mk2 RS2000 / Mexico vs Paper

Ah, that's me told, I was thinking tarmac. -
The 309 is a Marmite car, some like it, some think it's fugly, I found they handled better than it's cute little 205 sister, which was a bit nose heavy. If 309's were good enough for Richard Burns, Colin McCrae, and Louise Aitkin Walker, who am I to argue! (and find another red 3dr) Some years ago I missed out on a Dangel 505 4x4 estate, one of life's regrets. What a retro service barge it would have made. The wedge shouldn't have been made, should have gone straight to Ambassador, hatchback, and no big C pillars so better all round vision. Oh, and they should have been built instead of chucked together🤣

There are some black and white pictures for colouring in with crayons too!😂 -
As I'm getting (got) old, I decided to sell the Triumph and buy a sensible family hatchback. This arrived 3 weeks ago.

Why would they not clean after oiling, is that between races or after a meeting? Surely the filters could be solvent washed and left to dry before re-oiling in normal usage? -
I had a PiperX that came with a carb, went straight to my K&N, I didn't fancy the fire risk. The PiperX then proceeded to disintegrate over a couple of years sat on a shelf. Mmmmm🤔 If I was using the engine in a single seat race car where I could keep an eye on it and not just jump in and drive, I might give a PiperX a go though.
