Toby what did you run on the slicks? or did you not make a pass due to the manifold?

Its easyer to hook a rear wheel drive car up, hence most drag racing cars are RWD. My light FWD drive car is hard to hook up and to get a 2.00 is going some. Make any sence???

60ft on my 13.0 was a 2.14 My best ever is a 1.97 Track will be so good once it all warms up and they get some cars down it. That was on 185/60/13 Yokos A048r

Track was bald, the guys at Santa pod were doing all they could to get rubber down, I run a 13.0@108 in my r5, my 60fts was 2 tenths down. 12s next time out Always nice to see a lotus out and about.

Dont do it Mark, you dont need massive slicks. They have run 7.06@211 on a 275 drag radials. Small fords should be on 13s

Errrrrrr,more to the point,whats happening with your tina? puddy Seems lots of people are busy and are working on there motors, I also have been working on mine lots too, Just have the N/S strut top to change and then my car goes to the paint shop. I do really hope to have it out next year, becuase the jobs to do are becoming less and less. I'll take some pictures soon and upload them here.

Well done mate, i only saw the run you lunched the gearbox in 3rd. Next time you come mate i'll bring the very very nice drill set. he he I spoke to Ian Marshall about the track and they said they were trying a new/old glue mix and were very pleased. I also run a pb of 13.2 in my R5 on street tyres. Those drills have a lot to answer for.
