I'm putting a land rover m/c on my 2.8i. It only has two outlets on it, how do I get around this as my capri has 3 pipes coming off the current m/c?!

I'm painting my Capri and it's come out like orange peal.. how can I avoid this? I'm using cellulose paint mixed 50/50 with some high gloss thiners, I'm keeping the gun about 8 inchs away from the car when spraying it and it has a good sized fan.I am running about 30 PSI.

I like them but they are well catered for in Fast Ford, dont think classic ford needs to start feturing them.

yep thats the one by the looks of it. cheers need to find somone that sells the spacers for them now so I can upgrade to 260mm discs.

midilite or powerlite??? I'm trying to source some spacers for them and have forgotten what they are

I just picked up a second hand rollcage and it's got a few scratches and chips in it. I want to paint it but what paint should I use? Would cellulose be ok? or will it react with what paint that is on there?

Its sad but 2.8i are worth more in bits then complete. It does show how under appreciated they are tho. There wasn't a MK1 or 2 escort with a v6, 5 speed, slip diff and awsome suspention. If it looked like an escort they would be worth thousands I don't blame the escort guys and girls tho, id rip any car apart if I wanted the bits for my capri
