The RST is my brothers. I know it's not old skool but it's not shit. He wants a MK1 escort when he can aford one and i told him to come along to see some. The RS Turbo is truly mint and a fine example, it's totally original and unmolested. If your brother had turned up in a modern car like so many people do it would have not been noticed.

Thanks to everyone who made it. It was a great night, didn't get to meet everyone as there was so much to look at and I was busy chatting about Escorts most of the night as usual. Just read this.. I a Sporting Escort Member would like to draw attention to 3 of my Escorts that were lifted by crooks. They took 6 of my cars, 3 were dumped damaged near to my house and despite 3 court injunctions they have not returned 3 of my mk2's... Crooks were from the Scotch Corner area but are believed to be linked to the Essex region. They may turn up for sale but obviously they are mine and I have all paperwork. Please be on the lookout for these 3 mk 2's, all 4-doors, 1978 Oyster Gold 1.3 Ghia AND 24T, 8K from new, was in showroom condition, 1979 Oyster Gold 1.6 Ghia ERH 634T, mint 44K from new 1979 white 1.3L ERH 377T, 17K mint... please spread the word, cut & paste this to any other forums or clubs, the courts and police are involved but time can be precious, and these cars are precious to me!
