I'm looking to run 375bhp using t34 48housing 360thurst -31 act light blue injectors 3bar map sensor race filter So 4x4 manifold is good so do I need to change anything else, I know I have to change sump But is there anything else??? Thanks guys

hi guys do i use a 2wd manifold or 4wd manifold when fitting a mk2 escort just asking as i pick up my brand new escort cosworth 4x4 engine tomorrow and i know i have to change the sump to a 2wd sump but dont know what else i have to change help please

so i got the bit i needed to remove the head bolts from the cosworth head i gone though the way i needed to undo the bolts and have fund two bolts the are rounded off these are0 the star type head bolts does anyone have a tool to remove the bolts or is it a case of drilling the tops off then try and remove the studs once the head it off HELP PLEASE

insuring to drive is no problem its getting a laided up cover thats the prob

why is it so hard to insure my car??? after 5days of trying to sort out a laidup cover on my car and getting no where ive asking for help as soon i a say rollcage im told no cant insure you Y im ok when i ask to insure my classic mk2 escort rs2000 fitted with cosworth engine but as soon as i say its got a full rollcage im told they cant cover me the car is not even on the road just want to insure it as im working on it 1 why and 2 HELP im going mad

Fxxk me has my wife joined osf i come on here to get away from her and the car is on the grass so i dont have to cut it lol if i cut the grass when car was at paint i would have had to cut it again reay mans thinking so cut it when car comes back but since then we have rain and all real men know you have to have 5dry days to cut the grass. or until she cuts the grass

i have now got the cosworth engine for the mk2 escort but dont know what to do with ecu and how to wire it up i have the oe rs2000 loom but not sure if i cut and join??? is there anyone who can help.... pics pdf anything please a someone who can do it with me ??? thanks guys

after the shxt i got for the wheels and the 4 spots i think it worked out just right getting rear windows tinted tomorrow then its back to work on the cosworth engine .
