ok guys its finished and fitted i know flocked was the way to go but wanted to bring the grey into the car just waittng for the centre consel to turn up.

going to send the bits off to be flocked this week £60 for the dash top £30 for the clock lower £40 for the gauge pod £20 for pick up and re-delivery how does that sound to you guys

It's a hard one that's why I needed help lol grey would give a change of colour to the inside

ps that not my address on the box its just a bit of card i found

ok so ive been making a dash pod for the beast since friday i have made the pod test fitted gauges and just spent today filling and sanding now what to do??? this is where osf comes to help paint the same green as the car? paint the same grey as the bumper and wheels flock as well as the dash top and clock souround carbon wrap ?????? fitted

just wanted to say thanks for a great day out after a 2hour drive i get parked and stary to have a walk around see all the old skool ford sticks and stop to talk to two different osfm and well i may have well been covered in shit me and my brother where both made to feel as welcome as car jackers this was the first time to a classic car meet and the last after 5mouths building my car to proudly place my osf sticker on the screen i will not be adding it on a good note pig spent the best part of an hour talking to me so a big thanks to the P.I.G top guy.

no one is scrapping osf unless u count fiesta escorts ie plastic bumper ones ive not had one single classic in yet not in any of our 6 dealerships i know this as i been hoping to get some spares lol

just got the 2wd sump back from russel @ db customs 07725902960 he had to big wing it and mod it to make it fit the worldcup crossmember in my mk2 escort at the same time he fitted one of his gated baffle plates and sorted my oil pick up out so it still sits in the middle of the bowl so now i have a 2wd cosworth sump that fits and allows me to tip the engine to work on the gearbox and clutch top workmans ship VERY VERY HAPPY many many thanks russel now just waitting to get the plenum back that he is working on for me once i get the plenum back ill post pics

Ian there is a friend £600 for a full system. I have engine Inc big wing sump/baffled.plenum mod blue injectors. 2wd ecu and engine loom standard rs2000 full loom no 4x4 fuel rail (needed) no fly wheel no clutch no gearbox no prop No starter no alt is there anything that I mist that I need to fit engine?

can anyone tell me as im fitting a cosworth engine to my escort mk2 do i have to have a complete customr exhaust made or can i use a sierra or escort cosworth exhaust or can i use there down pipe and have the rest made or just have one made?? thanks guys ps any guys out the from essex who have done a cosworth change and i really need so help thanks guys paul 07515 743167
