hi guys just finish working on the escort and have a problem i need to do something with the rear shelf before shes go's to paint as there are two hole cut in the sheld and if / when i buy the rear firewall i have been told it will not cover the holes. so what i want to know is ! is there anyone out there doing carbon or alloy replacement parcel shelfs

no im now going to be selling them bits of lol

anyone want to come round and do some welding for me need to weld compression kit mounts plus gussets before go's to paint also will be selling the arb and antidive kit now lol got the hump a bit now tough 3weeks ago the was a kit on ebay for £40 when i call burtons they told me to stay away from the compression kit as its no goood for a lowered escort on the road ?????

ok as you may have seen in rebuilding the mk2 rs2000 and replacing everything old for new i need to know whats best anti rollbar fitted with double width kit and anti dive kit (fitted now) OR compression strut kit? i am running coilovers adjustable top mount adjustable track contral arms help please guys as car goes to paint and need make my mind up as i have the weld in the compression kit dont know anything about the compression kit thanks guys

hi guys car is going into paint on the 19th june so im having to get the final bits sorted so before the car go's i am having the bonnet vented and want to fit bonnet pins and do away with the bonnet cable so need a little help anyone near wickford in essex done this ? do i remove the bonnet spring thing pics please would be a help thanks guys

i was told it would cost me £1700 for a 180/190bhp pinto thisd was built by a place in grays essex you would need twin 45s to get upto 190bhp and over that would be twin 50s.

ok so before the car go's to paint i need to a intercooler whats the best one ? anyone got a spare one?

hi guys need your help sorted out my track control arms so there are adj the only problem i have is the rubbers on the ends are split where can i get new ones i asked my local car spare shop and they say you cant get them you have to buy the whole arm??? there are all painted now and have new poly bushes but cant fit them as the rubbers are (fubar) need asap

how hard is it to fit a cosworth v6 24v engine to i escort mk2 rs2000 anyone done this any input would be good

a very good friend of mine got them for me

i replace everything on the car new for old every nut bolt washer bushes replaced by poly bushes coilovers in place of leaf and shock rollcage not trim and being painted in a 2009 rs focus green old skool wheels wouldnt like right if it was a flat front maybe but its not plus £580 to have 15" wheels made plus tires V 18" deep dish inc tires £400 gives me the look i want plus more money to get in on the road.

they are 9.5j x 18 on the rear and 8.5j x 18 on the front i only just dummy mounted that one to see how it looked i have to fine a 4 x 108 to 5 x 114.3 20mm spacer for the rear and im fitting the new coilovers to the front tomorrow so i can see what spacers i need for the fronts i have 235/40/18 on the back for now but can go up to 266/35/18 with the 235 i can go lower by 2" if i want with out any probs on the rear. well happy with them just need to get them fitted now HELP.....
