Adding other 80's Fords to Old Skool Ford, please vote
capri.kid87 replied to Vista's topic in UNREGISTERED
I like OSF meaning what it does but it does cause one concern that I feel shuld be aired, I've noticed this due to re-buillding a Capri and my brother trying to get an OSF, with pricing for everything old (and yes cooler)shooting up eventually OSF will be out of reach for alot of people unless they already have one. Especially younger people. Anyway just a side note really. -
Hi all, I know this is early (I think I've beaten last years early) but once again I would like the support of as many club members as possible for this one. Again I have been asked to work with the school to put together this little shin dig. The show is at Unsted Park School (Munstead Heath Road,Godalming GU7 1UW), its going to be happening July 7th for the afternoon only. There will be a BBQ and drinks and fresh made cakes on offer. I don't know if there will be a charge or not (probably not), all funds raised this year are going to Autism All-Stars. There is no pre entry but I would like to know a rough club turn out. If anyone wants to post this info any where else please feel free to do so. If anyone wants more info or has any questions either post them or email me anthonymoules@hotmail.com Regards, Ant

Hi all, Thank you for your support on this, I know the day was short notice started with a little drizzle but turned out to be a lovely day, we took over £300 to give to SERV which was brilliant. We have also been given the go ahead to do next years. Both Becky and myself are over the moon with that response from people and from the school. So thank you for your support. Below are a few pics of the day.

Hi all, I know this is very short notice and I know there are other events on but this is for two really good charities, would really appreciate a good level of support, the school want to keep doing this and want to keep growing this year on year. Please come alone if you can. Ant

Hi all, I know this is a bit late notice but would really like to try to get a good turn out for this one, I have been asked by the below mentioned school to help them put togther their annual car show. Now this show is for Unsted Park School (Munstead Heath Road,Godalming GU7 1UW), its going to be happening July 8th for the afternoon only. There will be a BBQ and drinks and fresh made cakes on offer. There might be a small charge per car the students have decided to give the money raised to two charties, SERV who attended last year (but the money wasn’t going towards them) and Cherry Trees, which is a respite centre for disabled children. There is no pre entry but the school has asked I try to have a rough expected idea of attendance. If anyone wants to post this info any where else please feel free but as said I do need to be able to give a ball park figure to the school at some point. This has been posted or some other forums already and so far I'm getting a good level of feed back, strangely through a friend an MR2 owners club is showing interest in attending. If anyone wants more info or has any questions either post them or email me anthonymoules@hotmail.com Regards, Ant

Bovingdon Car Show - Hosted by Jap School car club - July 22nd Hi all, I've kind of got involved with help another club run another show (nice to be asked) please dont be put off by the fact its Jap School all are welcome and the more the merrier. This is its first year and again looking for support from all aspect of the car world not jus jap "crap" (woops did I say that.....) any way details are below please please please try to come if you can. This is a car show that has been organised to bring together car enthusiasts of all backgrounds and genres. It will be open to all makes and marks of cars and there will be prizes available to all, including club prizes! The main Show area will consist of numerous club display stands, an independent show and shine area, catering facilities and many trade stands to help people stock up on car related needs for the rest of the show season. There will also be a mobile Rolling Road Dyno on the day courtesy of north London dyno which will be able to test a variety of 2wd cars for a small sum. (www.northlondondyno.com). There will be an additional section for the function of an auto jumble so anyl parts needed there will be a link on the japschool forum to post any requests for wanted parts to trade between yourselves. There will be plenty of parking on site for spectators so will be a great day out for the family aswell as all enthusiasts. There will be limited numbers for show cars and therefore will be dealt on a first come first served basis on both club stands and entrants for the show and shine area. All applicants for the above need to contact japschool@gmail.com to secure places. This is a static show so all participants and spectators are reminded that there will be no Dangerous driving of any kind or racing on site. As stated it is a family event so safety is of utmost importance. The entrance fee to the show will be a very respectable sum of £8 PER CAR!!!!!! Thats per car and not per person and tickets can be purchased on the day at the gate.

OK so with the standard X-pack kit what are the widest wheels I could get under? Can I have ppl's thoughts on wide 13" wheels and how they look...
-
Yeah I have looked at JBW but they only do the two sizes in 13" I was hopping to get 15"
-
Hi all I'm thinking of running a set of 8 x 15 on the front and 9 x 15 on the rear of an x-packed capri (once finished) I'm struggling to find a company other than image that will do 9 x 15 in ford fitment and Image are too expencive for me at the moment. Does any one know of any other company doing minilites in these sizes. If I cant find another company I will run the same spec in 13" wheels. Could any post some pics of x-packed capris on either of these wheels sizes.
