  2. truly stunnin car mate, i was there, got few pics of it, absolutley immense prep in it, john wright has done a really spot on job, some of the details in it are second to none, also alloy fab work in back, over an around radiator is superb, good luck to youre dad..

just home from squeeze concert in newcastle, was 5-6 inches there, a1 was treachorous on way home, and currently minus 3 an 3-4 inches of snow in gorebridge, just outside edinburgh...
  7. same here mate.. cant afford to be off..
  8. heresa couple from my old capper.. went from carb,d 2.8 to a carb,d 2.9
  9. bought my wife one an as above, they handle like sh*t to a blanket and 1.7 zetec was nippy.. but they have got theyre bad points, weird driving position? im 6 foot 5 and felt crouched over in it.. the door rubbers perish/split and the footwells on both sides fill up with water if heavy rain.. i could never get the carpet dryed out on ours.. and also typical ford body work, rust round fuel filler neck, rusty rear arches, rusty front panel.. but find a good one an youre onto a winner mate..
  10. gutted to hear that mate, for the country supposedly out of reccession, we aint out woods yet.. hope it works out for you.

  15. im a self employed joiner, or chippie to you boys down saarf..as some of you,s know i had to sell my capri in january just get by.. however works been steady since easter up here, still quiet compared to times gone by.the days of earning £150-£170 a shift are long gone an will be till david the c*ck cameron is back out of downing street... the construction industry is on its arse, big time. they want to give hundreds of apprentices jobs, what good is that when there isnt the work to back it up.. ive got a big job to start in august, but got a lean few weeks till then.. stops n starts is better than nothing at all.. rant over guys.
