    Just removed 2x track control arms fitted with poly bushes in 2011 they are both worn out the steel insert worn the rubber away

    new gearbox built new rad and carb

    You need a press to fit new bearing on to shaft and a puller to remove from diff if that helps

    yellow ones were on mine if I find them I will take a picture, the bush that goes in between them had worn the rubber away also they came with the arms similar car to mine Irishtorag

    I would never fit them again fitted to last car and found ride harsh and they worn out quickly

    I would not do it again did it on my last car Ford fitted rubber ones for a reason they made the drive harsh and needed replacing after 2 yrs as they had worn
