I've been twice, last time the Mrs had a go as well, and she loved it too. It's fantastic, by far the best "driving" related day experience you can do imo. And both times I've been the instructors have been brilliant. Couldn't say enough good things about it tbf.

Personally I'd take a mk1 fiesta over a Sierra actually, so it's a matter of opinion I suppose. Mk1 fiestas are always welcome on OSF as they were in production before 1980 and are a 70's designed car. The picture may make it look like the stand was fully of fez's (of which we did have a fair few lovely mk1 fees on the stand) but we also had a lot of escorts, cortinas and Anglias too.

Mk2 escorts are a more affordable classic ford! Ha ha

That rain was so sudden, we pegged it back to the fiesta and just dived in! But it was already like we'd been in a swimming pool! Your fiesta was lovely jack, a real credit to you, and massive respect for how far you came to be at the show, hell of a distance to cover. A few more cars turned up after the photo, that mk2 cortina that parked next to us looked stunning (never got chance to look other than from behind the steamy windows in the fez!) and mk2ben who I think brought the weather with him?! Ha ha All the cars on the stand looked awesome, I thought we had a great variety to represent what this club is about. Did anyone else get any pics as atm jacks is the only one we've got of cars on the OSF stand?

Thank you to everyone who came along today and was on the stand. I think we had a total of 15 cars on the stand which considering the weather was fantastic, sorry I didn't get to speak to you all (I was in my mates beige mk1 fiesta) and I didnt get any photos of the stand thanks to the sudden downpour. That has got to be the worst rain ive ever experienced at a car show!

How exactly have you got your OSF passes when I haven't sent them to you yet? And don't have your address? Did you contact retro rides directly to get them? If you somehow magically do than great, it would be great to have you on the stand with us, if not either PayPal me the money and I will happily send them out to you or if you are messing me about than please give it a rest. I am organising this to give everyone from the forum a chance to show there cars together and to help get the club out there, there are no benefits for me so please let me get on with it

For those of you unaware, we are having an OSF stand at RRG again this year. The Retro Rides gathering is held at Shelsey Walsh in Worcestershire and takes place on Sunday 23rd August. It's a great show, as I'm sure those who have attended with us in the past will back up. My mate text me last week saying the same thing, that he swore he saw one on the advert. Java Green is my favourite colour for a Mk2 (with the exception of Bermuda Blue obviously) and deffo my favourite that the RS came in. RS2000 in Java with chocolate fishnets, yes please!!!
